GIFs

On this GIFs which was taking on Tuesday by my lifting partner Mario G we went the gym after our football practice. Once we got the gym I already had it plan to make the GIFs at the gym but I couldn't think on which lift I should do it. Has me and Mario were warming up before lifting I asked Mario, "What muscle group we will be hitting?" Then he told me "Chest and back". Then that's when I got the idea to get the GIFs when I was benching.
